This is the top division in Newcastle, competing against the likes of the Broadmeadow Magic, Edgeworth Eagles, Maitland Magpies and the Lambton Jaffas in Northern’s National Premier League.

We have fully accredited coaching staff, first-class facilities and a strong playing group to compete at all levels.

This league is an intensive league with specialised training and matches for an effective pathway to elite senior football. Known as the Junior Development League (JDL) or Skills Acquisition Program (SAP).

While remaining competitive, the community junior competitions are focused on social interactions, being active and learning fundamentals like team-work, determination and fairness.

Cooks Hill Women's Football currently fields 2 All Age teams and 1st and Reserve grade teams in the ZFLW competition.

Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned veteran, in your football prime or just getting started, a mum, a uni student, an international adventurer, new to Newy, or just bored and looking for something to do — we've probably got a spot for you*. We're a friendly, social and easy-going bunch who support each other on and off the pitch. We're a community, and if football is your thing (or you think it might be), we'd love to have you.

From Over 35s Friday nights to very competitive Zone League football, we have 10 social men's teams registered each year.
